Apparently, the Geologists discovered and realized that these precious stones had become colored, even though, the original Diamonds were formed over 3 Billion years ago, It was compression of the Diamond lattice structure by tremendous forces deep beneath the earth is said to have led to Red, Pink and Champagne Diamonds, hence making Australia’s soil, bright with fire and brilliance ands color.

Cut:
Sometimes, Bad or UN professional cutting can affect the color, resulting in un-even color zoning; Bow-ties that often appear in fancy cuts are not necessarily considered bad, unless it dramatically affects the totality of the color.
Clarity:
Like all other diamonds, these stones come in a range of clarities. The amount of color usually outweighs clarity unless the stone is visibly marked.

Color formed in diamonds at about the time the gems started to shape, some three billion years ago. There are said to be three primary causes of color in diamonds: Foreign elements. During formation the interaction of another element within the carbon crystal lattice of the diamond led to color. Introduced nitrogen caused yellow or orange diamonds. Boron gave rise to blue diamonds. Natural radiation. This influence produced green diamonds. Pressure. Compression of the diamond lattice structure by tremendous forces deep beneath the earth is said to have led to red, pink and Champagne Diamonds .

Often times when a relationship ends there are things left unsaid and questions left unanswered. Through the use of this technique you can resolve these issues and allow yourself to move on and let go of the past. This technique can also be used with those that are now deceased.
Sit yourself in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. Ideally have an empty chair or seat opposite you. Close your eyes for a moment, and take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax and let go.
When you open your eyes imagine that you can see the person with whom things are left unsaid sitting opposite you. All you need to do is to pretend they are there, so if you think you are having problems visualising just pretend.
Say to the person whatever is on your mind, whatever you want to release. If there is a situation that you want to resolve, for example the break down of a relationship then talk about that.
When you have finished you may want a response from them. If so then go and sit in the other chair and pretend you are them answering back. Keep your mind focused on what was said when you do and allow the answer to flow. Remember that if you consciously say what you want to hear rather than what you really hear you are only cheating yourself, no one else.
When they have finished speaking, sit back in your original chair.
Keep up the conversation, moving from chair to chair assuming the other person’s persona when in their chair until the conversation comes to an end. Then return to your original chair and thank them for their time before going about your business.
This technique is incredibly valuable for letting go of pain, guilt and hurt from any sort of relationship, not just romantic relationships. Often when performing this technique you will be surprised by the answers that you receive from the other person.
Through a technique such as this you are able to finally let go of pain from the past so that you can move on. The pain that you have been holding on to from these past relationships may well have been preventing you from having the fulfilling relationship you’ve always dreamt of.
You can also engage your sub-conscious in releasing the past through the Releasing Emotional Blocks Audio CD and the Karmic Cleansing program, which are both available from www.musicforchange.com.
Enjoy using this technique, and remember, it can be used for many more things than just releasing relationship pain.

The colours of the rainbow speak volumes and nature has its own language for communicating with us and lighting up our life through colour. Imagine for a moment what our world would be like if we only had black and white, and the in-between shades of grey.
Each colour has its own vibrational frequency. Yellow represents sunshine, happiness and creativity; red strength and courage; blue patience and stability; pink love and compassion; purple royalty and power; green healing, growth and prosperity. White is a symbol of truth, purity and cleanliness.
Any decorator or designer will tell you how important colour is in our lives. People’s interest in colour therapy has increased enormously in recent years. It is true that by looking at certain colours, or being surrounded by them, either through wall colourings or flowers and fabrics, there is an influence on the moods of the soul.
Since the face is the mirror of the mind, moods do without doubt reflect through the ‘colour’, i.e. the state, of our being. When sick, we are pale. When pleased, we are as ‘pink as peach’ and when shy we go ‘red as a tomato’. But is it really possible to change moods simply by sitting in front of a colour? Since colours make us ‘feel’ something, the soul is therefore responding to that particular frequency. This is reflected in our aura and if we take a moment to look within we find how colourful our world truly is. If we have weak and negative thoughts, doubts and worries, we ‘cloud’ our internal colours, ‘dull’ those shades, and we are left feeling depressed, without beauty or radiance. Everything seems colourless. Yet in those moments, we should remember that every cloud has a silver lining.
Each colour is in fact a virtue and the more we apply it to ourselves and others, the more we reinforce that tint on the soul. By emerging more and more virtues, we make the soul and our life colourful. Every virtue can be likened to a flower, each having its own fragrance, and together creating a beautifully scented bouquet.
This week, bring some colour into your life by emerging your hidden virtues. Be courageous. Be peaceful with yourself. Share love with those around you. Be kind to someone new in your life. Be generous towards those less privileged. But most of all be pure in your motives. These are some of the colours that will ‘cheer up’ the colour palette of your life.
Funnily enough, when we are full of all colours, we arrive at white, which is the compound of all colours, symbolizing simplicity and contentment!

Comments are off for this postHow To Become An Entrepreneur - Fast Easy Money
Some people become an entrepreneur by accident. Others do the research, but either way, they follow money. If your wish is to do entrepreneurial activities for a living then you should research it. The main reason is getting up to speed rapidly so you can start earning the fast, easy, money that entrepreneurs actually earn.
According to the dictionary, an entrepreneur is “A person who organizes, operates, and assumes the risk for a business venture” But to read this correctly you must understand that risk and profits are interchangeable. They are the same thing. A successful entrepreneur simply does this…..
They manufacture familiar circumstances from existing found realities and deploy creative effort to make those circumstances yield the typical result which is usually a large or ongoing profit.
So what that means is you find a system or set of circumstances that yield you a profit, then you repeat that process as often as possible. When you are young or simply lacking experience you may not have that initial profitable experience to be able to re-manufacture at present. But that’s OK. There are others who have been before you and made their fortune and now are prepared to put pen to paper so that you can profit from their experience.
This is why at the beginning of this article I suggested that first you should prepare yourself. Arm yourself with knowledge before you begin. Many move from project to project without any particular success and it becomes an addictive habit of hope and deploy. Every project you do will yield large profits if you learn how first then begin to test your knew knowledge in the real world and finally determine for yourself how you will approach things then finally take action.
Entrepreneurs control deals and make money. Its my opinion the closer you are to the deal, the more money you make. Meaning if your interest is in product, you will always get side tracked. For example, you may love fashion and wish to get involved in the world of fashion. But an entrepreneur is a different animal. An entrepreneur makes money through doing deals. If you want to be around the fashion world, then your focus may be a little off target. Entrepreneurs are deal makers, they typically are a “jack of all trades but master of none” because they pay others for the knowledge they need. They don’t need to spend years learning an apprenticeship in products or services. They have no time for that. They want the money. Fast and clean.
The apprenticeship they serve is in deal making.

Solar Powered Water Pumps
A great way to put solar panels to use is to install a solar powered water pump for your well. Even though windmills have more commonly been used to power water pumps, solar panels are starting to become the prefered method for pumping water in remote locations. This is great news for so many reasons. First of all, there are huge amounts of land that have been thought to be inhabitable because potable water was not available. Well, just imagine a solar well that taps deep down water sources in remote deserts all over our planet. Someday this could that overpopulation will not be a problem as vast amounts of new real estate becomes available for more and more people. Agricultural land may someday increase 100 fold when this actually becomes a reality. Second, pumping water with solar panels is particularly a good use for solar panels because the energy can be saved indefinately in the form of gravity.
Solar panel systems that charge batteries can become expensive because batteries in these systems can often cost more than the solar panels themselves thus rendering the entire idea not econimcally sound. Now, that I’ve convinced you what a great idea it is to install a solar powered water pump, let me move on to the how to. It is important to choose a good solar powered well pump for use that makes the best use of your power and doesn’t require a transformer where energy is lost unnecessarily. You don’t want a regular well pump that runs on 110 volt AC power. That would mean that you would have to invest in an inverter that would eat up a lot of power and bring your well pump to a slow trickle. You want a well pump designed specifically for solar panels and that means you want a low votage DC model water pump. Your solar panel doesn’t need a high wattage rating to run your solar pump. Some solar powered pumps operate on as little at 100 watts. Of course, the more watts, the more water you can pump so you need to find out what your requirements are before you go out shopping.
There is much more to be written about this subject, so please visit my website for more information about solar panels: http://www.solarpanel.be

Comments are off for this postWhen the Elderly Refuse Care
You’ve spent hours pouring over information regarding elder care; you’ve researched and developed a plan of care for your elderly loved one that should be etched in gold! You’re feeling so relieved, knowing that they will now be safe at home, and a caregiver will be there with them when you can’t…until the day arrives when the caregiver comes to meet them, and your loved one refuses to open the door! What do you do now?
There can be many causes for this reaction to your plan. Perhaps they feel a loss of control in their lives. Maybe they resent feeling like they aren’t trusted to be alone at home any longer, and their self esteem is hurting. Maybe they’re afraid of having a stranger in their home. Maybe they want their privacy and don’t really understand why they need help in the first place! The way you respond to your loved one’s concerns may eventually determine if your “golden” care plan is going to be successful or not.
Before you even begin to initiate your care plan, include your loved one in the “research project.” Make sure they feel like they are a part of making the decisions as to who to hire, when the caregiver should come, and what type of care they may need. Even if they aren’t completely sure they need the help, it may give them the added confidence they need to know that you still value their input and respect their opinions.
If your loved one is fearful of having strangers in their home, listen to their concerns and let them know you understand. When deciding who to hire, make sure you go to a reputable agency that does criminal background checks and has good referrals and testimonials. Reassure your loved one of those things when you make your final choice. Make sure the caregiver comes to meet them for the first time when you are there with them, and give them a chance to form an initial impression before you insist on keeping that particular caregiver. Usually after just a few visits, the apprehension dissolves into a cheery, trusting relationship that your loved one will truly enjoy.
If they just don’t agree that they need the help, you have unfortunately entered into the greatest challenge of all, especially if your loved one is suffering from altered thought processes and is unable to identify with your concerns. This may be the time to be loving but firm with them, and let them know that there really isn’t a choice when their safety is at stake. Reassure them that your motive is to help them live at home for as long as they can safely do that, and let them know you’re on their side. Make compromises if you can safely do so; for instance, have the caregiver come the same number of visits per week, but maybe for shorter time periods. Try referring to the caregiver as the “cook” or the “housekeeper” …let them know you want to pamper them! Make sure your loved one realizes they aren’t expected to entertain their “guests”, and they can go about doing whatever they would normally do if no one was there. On the other hand, if your loved one enjoys socializing, suggest a lively game of cards when their caregiver is there, or some other activity with them that your loved one would enjoy. Persistence is the key…in time, your loved one will grow to accept their new lifestyle and the friction will dissipate.
Remember, in the midst of all these issues, your own health and lifestyle are also important. Caregiver burnout can be a real threat to you and your family if your loved one doesn’t cooperate with the plan of care you have worked so hard to design for them. Don’t allow yourself to be manipulated by a false sense of guilt if your loved one has difficulty making these adjustments. In time, they will realize that you have their best interest at heart, and they may even grow to appreciate you for it!

Comments are off for this postThe Rising Cost of Prescription Drugs
If you’re like many Americans, the rising cost of prescription drugs may be costing you your health. In particular, seniors living on a fixed income with no insurance are finding it difficult to pay for necessary prescriptions out-of-pocket, and as a result, may be failing to receive the treatment they need to stay healthy. Often, the struggle can put a big strain on seniors’ finances.
But why are prescription drug prices so high, especially when most people who require medication are usually not in a financial position that allows them to afford the full price tag? The real reasons are more complicated than what you might suspect, but one thing’s for certain - drug prices have been skyrocketing.
The reason that is most often touted (by the drug companies, of course) for the high price of drugs is research and development (R&D) costs. The drug companies contest that the only way to pay for the development of new life-saving drugs - that will improve the lives of millions of Americans - is through profits from current drug sales. The high prices, they say, are merely a reflection of the spending that is necessary for the creation of newer, better drugs.
But is this the truth? Are drug companies using a large percentage of current prescription drug sales to fund R&D? If so, are the new drugs under development truly going to improve the health of the people who need them most? Sadly, this doesn’t appear to be the case.
In reality, drug companies spend more on advertising, lobbying and political contributions than they do on research and development. Most of the money you pay for prescription medication ends up in the pockets of marketers and politicians, so that you can be convinced that you need the “newer” and “better” drugs that are under development.
In addition, research and development tends to focus on more “marketable” types of drugs that the drug companies can sell to the largest amounts of people. How many times have you seen advertisements for a drug that can help alleviate such serious medical conditions as social anxiety disorder and seasonal allergies? Unfortunately, this means that most large drug companies tend to neglect the development of life-saving drugs for more serious conditions, as the numbers are not there to rake in high profits.
Developing new allergy or anxiety drugs, however, does not require massive amounts of money, as these drugs have already been developed. Neither does rehashing previously developed drugs to be marketed for a new ailment. Usually the newer drugs under “development” aren’t new at all. So even the money that is spent on R&D, it can be argued, is an unnecessary expense driven by the market more than by the country’s medical needs.
Unfortunately for the consumer, all the money spent on advertising rather than development, and providing drug information to physicians about specific new drugs that need to be marketed, makes it very likely that you will end up paying more money than you should. Also, because your doctor is only provided with information on the latest and “greatest” drugs, he/she will be more likely to prescribe you the more expensive drugs. Perhaps surprisingly, there are older versions of drugs on the market that work just as well as their updated counterparts (sometimes better) as well as generic versions of brand name drugs that come at a significantly reduced cost. Of course, the drug companies do not market these drugs and do all they can to keep generic drugs off the shelves for as long as possible.
That’s another place your money goes when you buy prescription drugs - lawyers. Drug companies spend a lot of money paying for court cases to extend the patents of certain drugs. Even though the cases are often lost in the end, court processes can take months to resolve - buying more time for the drug companies to be the sole profiteers of a particular drug. When the patent on a drug runs out, other companies are allowed to create and sell a generic version of the drug. It is usually sold for a lower price, which takes customers away from the brand name and reduces that drug company’s profits. In the end, patents are often extended anyway because the drug company finds a new application for the drug, thus artificially extending the life of the patent and keeping generics off the shelves. You end up paying more because a less expensive generic alternative is not available and you are forced to shell out for the higher priced brand name drug instead.
For the lucky people who have insurance that covers the cost of their drugs, this may be indirectly allowing the drug companies to charge more than they would if everyone had to pay full price. Because many people never see the true cost of their prescriptions, the price is not something they worry about. As a result, drug companies feel freer to raise prices and costs continue to rise. The bottom line? A large percentage of what you pay for drugs is taken as profit.
What Can You Do To Lower Your Drug Costs?
Understanding why drug costs are so high, you may feel that it is impossible to find a way to reduce them. But this simply isn’t true. There are several things you can do to make prescription drugs more affordable.
As mentioned briefly above, it pays (literally) to be informed. If your doctor doesn’t possess the knowledge regarding all the drug choices available for your condition, take initiative and conduct some of your own research. Ask your doctor if there are any older versions of the newest drug you’ve been prescribed and find out if the drug is as effective. If it can do the job just as well as its newer relation, and comes with a cheaper price tag, it won’t take you long to make a decision.
Secondly, find out if there are any generic versions of the drug you need available in your area. Generic drugs are the same drug but without the brand name price tag. This type of drug is similar to the no-name brands you find in your local grocery store. The product is exactly the same but less expensive because you’re not paying for the name (and hence the advertising).
If you are uninsured or underinsured, make sure you exhaust all your insurance options. Calculate the costs associated with purchasing an insurance plan and determine whether or not you can find a plan that will ultimately weigh in your favor. Also, find out if you can benefit from Medicare. Medicare Part D is one option you should research, although for many Americans it has actually made prescription drugs more expensive and seems to have been created to benefit the drug companies rather than the American public. The process can be confusing, but if you take the time to find out if you are one of the lucky few to benefit, it could be worth your while.
Finally, many Americans have chosen to order discount drugs online, from either American or Canadian pharmacies. American online pharmacies offer older and generic versions of drugs at a reduced cost, while Canadian operations can actually offer brand name prescriptions (or whatever prescription you require) for a significantly lower price. This is simply because the Canadian Government regulates the cost of drugs, which means you pay less at the cash register. As long as the pharmacy is licensed to conduct international pharmacy services, ordering online from a Canadian pharmacy is a safe and affordable alternative to the high cost of drugs in the U.S.

Comments are off for this postBuilding a One-page Website
You’ve designed your logo, and you’re ready to print your business cards and other marketing collateral materials. You want to include your website address (also called a URL) to build your credibility. However, you’re not quite ready to write and design a full website. At the same time, you don’t think it’s a good idea to distribute your new printed materials showing your website URL and to have only a blank web page waiting for your potential client’s inquiries. What to do?
Does this sound familiar? Many entrepreneurs who are starting small businesses
find themselves in this position. We suggest that you build a one-page website to
use in the interim. Elements to design into your one-page website include:
- Your brand identity graphics. Include your logo and visual vocabulary elements on
your website for a consistent look and feel across your materials and to build your
brand recognition.
- A short description of your business. This description should be between one
paragraph and one page in length when typed into a Microsoft Word document, and
it should also be concise. You don’t want your one-page website to be a scrolling
monstrosity, website visitors will read the content of a shorter page. And, the
ultimate goal of your page is for people to read it and learn more about you!
- Your contact information. It’s very important to include information about how to
get in touch with you - in case someone stumbles upon your website, becomes
interested, and wants to hire you! It will also serve as a great reference for any of
your current clients or anyone you meet while networking who loses your business
card before they have a chance to call you.
- A testimonial from a client, to enhance your business’s credibility. An enthusiastic,
signed testimonial by a real person - you provide a link to their website as “proof”
of their existence - will begin to calm any fears that a potential client may have. This
makes even a basic one-page website compelling.
You will see that even a one-page website can bring in new clients and help to
convert prospects to clients. And, since having a website is a “must” in today’s
business world, your marketing package will be up to date as well.
You can use a one-page site as a starting point for a much larger site in a step-by-
step manner. Writing one or two web pages at a time and developing a five- to six-
page (or more!) site over a period of time is a much less daunting task than
developing a full site all at once. Even my 330+ page (and counting!) website started
as a one-page site.
The most common excuse that people have for not having a website for their
business is that they don’t know what to include on it. If you have a hard time
writing a single page about your business, try recording yourself talking to a friend
or client about your business - it’s often easier to tell someone your story than to
stare at a blank page.
Another reason to have a one-page website developed would be to get a jumpstart
on building search engine rankings. You can include search engine keyword phrases
into the text on the page, and then submit the one-page site to the engine’s
ranking software. You’ll get established in the search engines and will be able to
begin building your site’s search engine profile and history. This is the beginning of
excellent search engine optimization and the first step on the path toward great
rankings that will drive many visitors to your site.
A great advantage of having a one-page website is that you can include your URL on
your printed materials. You won’t have to reprint your cards and collateral when you
do launch your full site!
